in bad days

My head is somewhere else today.
I feel sloppy, dizzy and dopey. Like some screwed up effexor version of the seven dwarves.
I spent most of the day in and out of bed and now i am sitting at the school outside of a meeting where i can hear them talking about me. In many negative ways.
It is a positive and uplifting way to end a shitty mental health day.

It’s only happened to me a couple of times, but when ever I have head people talking about me I march right in with a shit eating grin and sarcastic drawl-then they’ll know.
I’m sorry your day was shitty. Hope the week end is GREAT!

Talking about you?
That’s too horrible.
What the fuck is up with that?

Go in and start talking about yourself, too, then move on to the other ladies. See if they join in, two faced witches. Go jump on the trampoline again, that day ended well!!
