I am here.
I am around.
I am busy.
Writing.
Never going to be done on time.
But, blugh, who cares about time anyway.
I am writing a novel.
That's what counts.
I have so much to tell you.
I have been lower than low, and a little bit happy.
See above photo.
Parker went to the dentist today and they are going to pull out his tooth that he chipped biting me. My poor boy. Gap toothed for years – he will be. Say's Yoda.
I have a question?
If something is really bad for you or really wrong, but makes you feel better, would you do it?
OMG it’s NaBloPoMo

Hmm. That’s a loaded vague question…
:^)
My impulse is to say that if no one gets hurt, sure, but I get the impression someone, somewhere is -worst of all you.
If it’s any of the scenerios that just ran through my mind then no, I wouldn’t.
But then again, this is my mind we’re talking about and the things I want to do that are bad for me are very seriously bad. for. me.
I wish you well… and better judgement than I have shown in the past…
We tend to define ourselves through pain and suffering. If something makes us feel better and causes us pain and suffering as we deal with the fall-out from those actions we will tend to do it.
We all claim we want our lives to be calm but we thrive on chaos. It makes us feel alive.
Trust me, I wish I could escape from that facet of humanity myself.
Hmmmm… I guess it would depend on what it was and who else it would effect and for how long… Good question.
No.
Yes, I do it all the time. Here’s to being a bad influence…
just say no nancy
if it’s bad for you, then wouldn’t it be hurting YOU? then i have to say, no but then again, i don’t know what it is you wanna do. take care of yourself and you’ll feel good jess!
How bad is bad? I’d really need to know before answering.
I have done things that have hurt others but made me happier and more complete than I’ve ever been before.
I’ve been there and those decisions did temporarily make me feel good and “alive”, but the guilt and/or regret that I lived with afterwards felt even worse. Are bad choices worth it? Usually not, unless you really learn something from their consequences. Those 7 sins are deadly for a reason. ;-)
P.S. I’m still feeling like a peeping Tom reading your blogs trying to catch up to Jan ’09; wanting to know what path’s you’ve taken along life’s difficult road and what lessons I can learn.
