in i crack me up

The battlefield.
I would say the biggest battle in our house involves the toilet. The toilet and the flushing of the big jobs.
I have warned toby on many occasions that if i find another big job in the toilet "i will give you a swirly while i flush it."
Second biggest battle? Ignoring the rolling of the eyes at everything i say. Eliza is the newest convert to the blatant disregard of my authority.
"Did you brush your teeth?"
Eyes rolling.
"Did you feed the chicks?"
Eyes rolling.
"Did you remember to put underwear on under your skirt?"
Eyes rolling.
"Did you lock doodle in the closet?"
Eyes rolling.
A battlefield i tell you.

So which is the biggest battle? Those kids should be getting out of school soon, so I suppose toilets will take precedence over getting them out the door? I’d love to witness Eliza’s eyes rolling. It was only a matter of time, Jess!

mine still doesn’t flush half the time. he always poops before he gets in the shower in the morning, doesn’t want to flush while the water’s running or wait for it to finish, closes the lid and fucking forgets about it! i don’t mind so much but it drives rick stark raving mad to walk in to take his morning pee and find – blech.

ah yes…my cute little girl makes our bathroom smell SO bad by some how ‘forgetting’ to flush….granted she is 3, but if she is old enough to use the potty, she should be old enough to flush…lol…she hasn’t started eye rolling, but it is only a matter of time…her new thing is making it known she is annoyed with whatever you say using whatever sound effects she can…lol…you send her to her room and hear different sounds all the way down the call….ha ha ha….it is actually very funny….

I feel your aggravation. My 11 year old son does that quite often. When called on it he replies” I wasn’t rolling my eyes, I was looking at the roof.”
Yaaa…..sure.

I made the huge mistake of allowing Simpsons dvds on our cable free tee vee. Now when I say to Nate, “Hey buddy, time to get that homework done,” he says. . .
WHY THE HELL SHOULD I??
Which means I am the one doing the eye rolling.

My mother would tell me stories about Naughty Nancy. Naughty Nancy wouldn’t flush the toilet. Sometimes a guest would come to the house, use the restroom and the whole family would be so embarrased that Nancy didn’t care about good manners and being responsible.
Oh, how I didn’t want to be like Naughty Nancy!
Nice Cheers..

Hmm, I think when I was a kid I actually liked flushing the toilet.
